In its earlier days, so much was up for grabs on the marvy world wide web. Search engines from Yahoo.com to Lycos.com to MSN.com offered everything from doing reports, finding new employees, to posting news. Best of all it was all free. Then MSN decided to drum up extra bucks and began to charge to put up want ads and what we now call blogs, which is Internet speech for Web-Log. Followed by that came Yahoo. Who said if they can do it so can we, so they started charging big bucks for want ads and email addy’s that they thought felt like something commercial. Which is what I ran into myself earlier Sunday as I attempted to log into the clubs email addy, and got a no can go there message. Which told me to call tech help for well help. I did, they thought that this was a commercial email account which it sort of is, so guess twatt? I get to call Monday to fix that. Bottom line Yahoo wants $ to give us that email addy. So for the time being , just email me with everything email related for the AyreWolvez. Of course the big bad dawg Daddy, Google remains mostly free. From blogs to gears and much more. Google remains king, followed up on Google’s heels is Ning.com which will not play well with Google by the way, but has many more tools. Problem on the short side is ; Ning, as of July will charge for things. Oh well, we pay. The web ain’t free no more.
