Not safe anywhere, lock your doors

AYRE TRAFFIC HEADER AYRENEWS HEADER

At 15:00 hours this date the Hazzard County Sheriffs office responded to a 911 call of a peeping prowler in the 300 block of first street in Bliss. 2 registered sex convicts were taken into custody, one was arrested for failure to register. Even in Bliss one is not safe. Once upon a century one could leave home, keys in the rigs, doors open, soup on the stove. Kids walked to school, sometimes for a mile or so, no bus rides, as many do today. Kids played on the front lawns and went to the local Tastee Freeze without any risk. Today not so. These days even in a town the size of Bliss of 275 people, doors need to be locked, and kids stay close. And they say Bliss needs no town cop. Glad I’m moving to Buhl. In further investigation it was found that the sex offenders were from Elmore County, one from Mountain Home, any surprise? Probably one of AD’s friends.

Keep it in the Ayre;
